IVT Series – Inline Vibratory Finishers
The DB Series is ideal for shorter cycle times and for those new to mass finishing. Two different sizes are available for large and small batch sizes. Economical and durable, the DB Series are one of our most popular vibratory tumblers.
High-Volume Continuous Finishing for Large Parts
Kramer Inline Vibratory Finishers are engineered for continuous, high-throughput vibratory finishing of large, heavy, and complex parts. As a heavy-duty vibratory finisher solution, these systems are ideal for manufacturers processing saw-cut extrusions, forged steel components, stampings, and large aluminum die castings where speed, consistency, and automation matter. This high-capacity vibratory finishing machine is specifically designed for applications that exceed the size limitations of a conventional vibratory bowl finishing machine.
Inline finishers deliver controlled, repeatable results across a wide range of applications, including deburring, cleaning, polishing, descaling, de-rusting, brightening, smoothing, degreasing, and precision vibratory polishing machine processes. They can operate as a standalone vibratory finishing machine or be fully integrated into automated systems with conveyors, washers, and dryers.
Parts are continuously fed into the load end of the machine, processed through the vibratory channel, and discharged at the opposite end onto a shaker screener for part and media separation. Media is automatically returned to the infeed via a return conveyor, while parts move downstream for optional washing and drying operations.
Engineered for Industrial Production
Kramer Inline Finishers feature a heavy-duty interlocking structural design with a solid pipe core and reinforced rectangular tube base frame. The finishing channel is lined with premium polyurethane and mounted on coated coil springs for durability, vibration control, and long service life.
Each vibratory finishing machine is powered by a premium-efficiency variable-speed motor driving two to four adjustable weight shafts. This allows operators to fine-tune process aggression based on part geometry, material, and desired surface finish. Elevation control enables precise adjustment of dwell time, making it easy to dial in consistent vibratory finishing results.
Standard equipment includes a media return conveyor, shaker screener with adjustable aggression, drain assembly, solution spray nozzles, and bolt-on load and discharge chutes.

Results and Value
Inline vibratory finishing allows manufacturers to automate processes that were traditionally labor-intensive and inconsistent. By increasing channel width and system capacity, large parts and fabrications can be processed efficiently with minimal operator intervention. This reduces labor costs, improves safety, and delivers consistent, high-quality finishes.
Compared to conventional vibratory bowl finishing machine systems, Kramer inline vibratory finisher models offer true hands-off operation and significantly higher throughput. The result is a structurally sound, scalable vibratory finishing machine solution that supports current production demands while enabling future growth.
