The FPB Series Portable Abrasive Blasters are engineered for industrial surface preparation, coating removal, cleaning, and production blasting applications where reliability and productivity are critical. Designed for demanding field and shop environments, the FPB Series combines heavy-duty construction, high operating pressures, and complete blasting packages to deliver dependable performance across a wide range of abrasive blasting applications.
Available in 1.5, 3.5, and 6.5 cubic foot capacities, FPB Series systems utilize a Pressure Release (SPR) design that automatically depressurizes the vessel when blasting stops. This system design provides simple operation, reduced maintenance complexity, and dependable performance for both experienced operators and first-time blasting users.
Designed to operate at pressures up to 150 PSI, the FPB Series supports high-production abrasive blasting while maintaining consistent abrasive flow and operator control. These systems are compatible with a wide range of blasting abrasives including aluminum oxide, garnet, crushed glass, steel grit, glass bead, walnut shell, and other specialty media.
Heavy-Duty Construction for Industrial Blasting

Heavy-wall piping, galvanized pipe assemblies, durable powder coated pressure vessels, and high-quality metering systems help ensure long service life and consistent operation in demanding applications.

- Breathing air filter system

- Double-palmed blast gloves for increased durability and hand protection
The Complete Package is ideal for fabrication shops, contractors, maintenance operations, and industrial facilities looking for a more complete blasting solution with operator protection equipment included.
Full Package
The Full Package is the most complete turnkey configuration available for the FPB Series and is designed to help operators get up and running quickly with minimal additional equipment requirements.
Includes everything in the Complete Package, plus:
- 50-foot compressed air supply hose assembly for connecting the blast pot to the air compressor
- 50-foot breathing air hose assembly and couplings for respirator air supply systems
The Full Package is an excellent option for mobile blasting contractors, field service crews, and facilities looking for a more complete abrasive blasting setup ready for production use.
Optional respirator upgrades are also available depending on operator preferences and application requirements.
