Trinco™ Master Model Abrasive Blasters

The Trinco™ Master Model product line includes suction or siphon blasting cabinets that are built of 14 gauge welded steel. These cabinets include heavyweight rubber gloves, large viewing windows, foot valve blasting control, tungsten carbide nozzle and air jet and standard 8″ arm holes on all models 40″ x 40″ and larger. Blast cabinets are available in economic Standard Models with 100 CFM dust collection systems or upgraded to Deluxe Models that include high volume abrasive separators and dust collectors. Trinco™ Direct Pressure Abrasive Blasters

The Direct Pressure Blast Cabinets made by Trinity Tool are highly efficient and safe blasting systems for use with a variety of abrasive media. These cabinets come supplied with high volume dust collectors and abrasive separators. The direct pressure systems are perfect for difficult or high volume, large part applications or where large grit sizes of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide are required. Trinco™ Tumble Blast Cabinets

Trinity Tool also manufactures a series of semi-automated Tumble Blast Cabinets. These systems are designed for high volume blasting of smaller parts. The parts are placed in the tumbling barrel which then slowly rotates under the fixed blast gun exposing all areas of the part to the blast stream. The 14″ x 12″ and 24″ x 24″ basket sizes allow for a range of batch size tumbling for effective processing. These tumble baskets can also be included or retro-fit into both the Suction System and Direct Pressure blast cabinets. Details for this series are found on the TB Series page.
